Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. Specifically:

• Contact form — your name, email address and the message you write.
• Newsletter — your email address, if you subscribe.
• Orders — at checkout you enter your name, mobile number and delivery address. When you place the order these are recorded in our order log, held in a database in Singapore, so we have a record of what to send you and where. The same details are written into a WhatsApp message on your device; once you send it we also receive your WhatsApp number and anything else you write, and that message is handled inside WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy policy. We never see or store your UPI PIN or bank details — payment happens entirely inside your own payment app.
• Your bag — the blends and quantities you add are saved in your browser's local storage so the bag survives a refresh. They stay on your device and are cleared when you place the order.

We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to profile you.

How we use it

We use your details solely to reply to you, to process and deliver an order you have placed, and — if you subscribed — to send occasional updates. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

Contact form and newsletter messages are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider acting on our behalf. Orders are sent through WhatsApp and processed by WhatsApp/Meta; UPI payments are processed by your bank and payment app. Our order log is stored in a Supabase database, and page-visit counts are processed by Vercel, which hosts this site. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and order correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask to be removed.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to Wellness@rasayanayurveda.com and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

To stop receiving our newsletter, reply to any message from us asking to unsubscribe, or email the address above.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
