Terms & Ordering

How ordering works

Add blends to your bag, enter your delivery details at checkout, and send the completed order to us on WhatsApp. Sending that message is a request to order. Your order is confirmed once we have checked that your payment has reached us and replied to acknowledge it.

If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you on WhatsApp and refund that amount in full to the account you paid from.

Gift sets and bulk orders are arranged on WhatsApp, where we confirm the price before you pay.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees for the pack size stated and include GST. We may change prices at any time; the total shown at checkout is the price for that order.

Orders are paid in advance by UPI. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Delivery

Delivery costs a flat ₹49 per order including GST, whatever its size, and is included in the total you see before you pay. We normally dispatch within 2–4 business days of confirming an order. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier and your location. We will share tracking details where available.

Damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory orders

Because these are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened packs for reasons of hygiene and food safety. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or refund you.

Unopened packs in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.

Our infusions are food products, not medicines. The traditional uses described on this site come from Ayurvedic and culinary tradition and are provided for general information. They are not medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
