How ordering works

Choosing a pack and tapping the order button opens a pre-written message in WhatsApp. Sending it is a request to order, not a completed purchase. We will reply to confirm availability, the final amount including delivery, and how to pay. Your order is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it and payment has been received.

Prices

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees for the pack size stated and exclude delivery unless we say otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price we confirm to you on WhatsApp is the price for that order.

Delivery

We normally dispatch within 2–4 business days of confirming an order. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier and your location. We will share tracking details where available.

Damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory orders

Because these are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened packs for reasons of hygiene and food safety. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or refund you.

Unopened packs in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.

About our products

Our infusions are food products, not medicines. The traditional uses described on this site come from Ayurvedic and culinary tradition and are provided for general information. They are not medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition, please consult a qualified medical practitioner before adding a new herbal product to your routine.

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. We aim to keep product information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is free of error at all times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan.
